The Daniels team was wonderful and patient throughout our rather trying buying/selling process. Several unforeseen roadblocks came up which threatened to derail our ability to close, but they fought on our behalf at every step of the way and negotiated for the best deal right up until the closing day. They were very proactive when it came to communication and helped us navigate the process of finding the perfect house for us. Despite some difficulties, we couldn't be happier with our new home and how everything worked out. We couldn't have done it without them and couldn't recommend them more enthusiastically!

Paul and Lindsey got our house sold for the above-asking price with multiple offers in only a few days while helping us buy the home we wanted. They used their negotiating skills to help us reach our goals on both sides. They found solutions in spite of several hiccups along the way with the parties on the other side of the deals. They are an efficient full-service team, including a transaction manager, a stager, a photographer, and several other team members who facilitate a smooth process. Although their team supported us through this process, Paul and Lindsey were personally with us every step of the way!

This was the best selling experience we have ever had. From day 1 Paul and Lindsey demonstrated the market intelligence and skills necessary to get our house sold. The house was priced in a range that helped with a quick sale. They really convinced me to have the house staged (a believer now) and really went above and beyond in getting the house ready to sell. Once we went into a contract they introduced us Andrea to help with the closing process. All three were very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely recommend to our friends in Austin.

Had a great experience with the Daniels team! They were always available and were very prompt in their responses so that opportunities were not missed. They gave you all the tools you needed in order to make a smart purchase and helped me the whole way through the process. Although the home buying process is often said to be painstaking, my first home purchase was smooth and easy due to the Daniels team's hard work. After looking at several properties on our own, my wife and I were so impressed with a listing we toured of Paul and Lindsey that we decided to ask them to represent us in our search.
